Shipping Policy
1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
Domestic Shipping: Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed as follows:
Standard Shipping: 5-8 Business Days
Express Shipping: 3 Business Days
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your order’s weight and size.
2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is handed to the carrier, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
3. CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is submitted and processing begins, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, we’re unable to make changes.
4. RETURNS
Since Islahi Art is powered by Printify, a print-on-demand service, all items are custom-made upon order and cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons like selecting the wrong size, color, or changing your mind.
If your order is returned to us or lost in transit due to an incorrect address, we will issue a refund for the product price only.
If you wish to return an item or report a lost package, please contact us within 15 days using the form below.
5. DELAYED ORDERS
If your order is delayed during processing, you may choose to cancel for a full refund. However, delays caused by the shipping carrier are beyond our control. If your order is delayed, please reach out directly to the shipping provider for more information.
6. DAMAGED ORDERS
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items once the package has been handed to the carrier. If your order is damaged or lost, please contact us within 15 days of delivery, providing photo evidence of the issue. We will offer either a free replacement or a refund.
7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Due to TSA (Transportation Security Administration) regulations, some items may not be eligible for air shipping. If your order contains restricted items, alternative shipping methods may be required.
