1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
Domestic Shipping
Once you receive your order confirmation email, we will process your order as follows:
Standard Shipping: 5-8 Business Days
Express Shipping: 3 Business Days
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.
2. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been handed to the delivery carrier, you will receive a tracking number.
3. CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order for assistance.
4. RETURNS
Since Islahi Art partners with Printify, a print-on-demand provider, all products are made to order and are unique. As a result, returns and exchanges are not accepted for incorrect sizes, colors, or change of mind.
Return to Sender / Lost in Transit:
If an order is returned to us or lost due to an invalid shipping address, we will issue a refund for the product price only. Please contact us within 15 days for assistance by filling out the form below.
5. DELAYED ORDERS
If there are delays in processing your order, you may choose to cancel your order for a full refund. However, delays caused by the shipping carrier are beyond our control. For delayed shipments, please contact the carrier directly to inquire about your order's status.
6. DAMAGED ORDERS
Islahi Art is not responsible for any damage or loss once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. However, if your order arrives damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will provide either a free replacement or a refund, upon receipt of photo proof of the damage or issue.
7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
TSA Restrictions: Due to regulations by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), certain items may not be eligible for air shipping in the U.S. If this applies to your order, an alternative shipping method may be used.
